I never leave bad reviews, so for me to write this, the experience had to be really bad. Before we even got there, I called and asked a simple question about the hand rolls, ifthey had them and what the price range was. The woman who answered just said, “You can look up the menu online.” It wasn’t said in a helpful way at all. It felt like she didn’t even want to answer a simple question (but I do i understand things could get busy if there happens to be short staff). Then the three of us came in and were all looking at and pointing to the hand roll section of the menu. We each ordered separately. The first order came out correctly. When my cousin paid with cash, John told her he didn’t have change and that it would be easier to pay with a card. Then, a few minutes later, the next person paid with cash and suddenly he had change. The entire time, John’s attitude was terrible. No smile, no friendliness, just rude from the start. He acted like helping us was an inconvenience. Then my friend , who ordered two crab hand rolls, got two sushi rolls instead . We politely said that she had ordered hand rolls, and instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, he immediately said she never

To preface: I lived in Japan for a few years so I set the bar pretty high on sushi. BLUF: Great atmosphere, great food, and great service by Amy, all at a reasonable price! Background: We made a reservation for 6pm- arrived slightly early and was greeted/seated immediately by very friendly staff. Water and menus came immediately and appetizers came within 5 minutes. Food and desserts came within 10 minutes of the order. All food presented was prepared very well and was fresh with above average quality rice. Wasabi was authentic and sauces were fresh and quality. 3 meals/3 appetizers/3 drinks/2 deserts was approx $130 not including tip! BL: One of the best sushi I have had in Florida so far and at a very reasonable price. Gratuity is added post billing which I appreciate - and I tip well! I dislike some of these restaurants forcing tips which should be earned on top of greedy owners paying fair wage.

Such a cute little spot! Very hospitable employees and the Happy Hour from 3-5pm has some excellent values! I got the edemame, pork gyoza, and a whole sushi roll with a cocktail for less than $40! Super nice staff and will definitely be back!

This restaurant offers a fantastic menu with plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the soup, spicy tuna roll, sashimi, and the Long Island roll. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The only small issue was with the Long Island roll — it was a bit heavy on the Japanese dressing, making it way too wet and difficult to pick up since it tended to fall apart. Aside from that minor hiccup, the overall experience was great, and we really enjoyed our meal.

Very long waiting time. Staff didn’t seem to care much or explain what was going on. Everything moves extremely slowly. Food is okay, but the wait really ruins the experience. Slightly negative mainly because of the waiting time and lack of attention.

Yakitori Sake House in Boca Raton is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves Japanese fusion dishes and good drinks! The menu also features a nice selection of sashimi and small plates that pair well with their sake and beer choices. The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, and the staff is attentive and friendly. This sushi restaurant is a gem! The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, delivering top-notch service even during peak hours. The ambiance is stunning, with soft, inviting lighting and tasteful, modern decor infused with subtle Japanese elegance, creating a warm yet sophisticated vibe. Parking can be tricky during rush hour, but the aesthetic charm and exceptional attention from the staff make it well worth a visit!

I took my office team here for lunch on a Friday and we were all equally pleasantly surprised by what a great experience it was. First off they have a lot of very creative and deliciously imaginative sushi rolls on their menu. If you have a hard time making decisions this is going to be a challenge for you. We each ordered something different from Bang Bang shrimp, to rolls like Tokyo Sun, Out of this World, Red Hot each are just a few of their signature rolls. We also loved the Volcano Fried Rice (a must). I had heard a lot of good things about this restaurant over the years, I have no reason why I hadn’t tried it sooner and I’m so glad I finally did. Definitely a must go!
